Please send me how you styled your art to be featured! Here is my latest mantle styling with some art. Here are some tips for creative mantle styling that you can use year-round:
• Put items like propped paintings, vintage photographs and cute knick knacks in groups of 3, 5, 7. Odd number is the key.
• Have a theme! If you want to go "Birding" with your mantle, you can incorporate bird art, your personal photos of your hike, a vintage camera or binoculars, or even a small decorative bird house.
• Mix nature and technology. I love the look of natural things like pretty dried flower branches, pinecones and acorns with hand-made pottery, old camera equipment or even battery powered candles.

• 10" Ring Light on tripod that holds my phone for filming process and timelapses of my paintings. Has to be plugged in to an outlet to work with a USB cord, but works well for me at my desk, and has different lighting temperature settings.
• Multi color rolls of satin finish ribbon in 3/8" width. With sooo many cute colors to choose from, these make it easy to dress up my gift wrapping with my orders!
• Color and Light, a book by James Gurney. I recommend this treasure to anyone wanting to learn about art! There is just so much information packed in this full color, beautiful book...you will forget that you are learning.
